Nwoke celebrates “Ike Abam” at 45

Former House of Representatives candidate, Hon. Ibe Nwoke has penned a heartfelt accolade to Chief James Ume, popularly known as “Ike Abam”, on his 45th birthday.

In his message, Hon. Nwoke reflected on their long-standing friendship, and described Chief Ume as more than a companion, a brother, a confidant, and a pillar of strength.

“We’ve come a long way, from friends to brothers. “Looking back, I’m truly grateful for the journey we’ve shared. You’ve been more than just a friend; you’ve been a steady hand, a loyal soul, and a solid presence in both good times and storms,” he said.

He praised Chief Ume’s quiet strength, generosity, and integrity, highlighting the qualities that make him deeply respected among his peers and within his community.

“At 45, you carry not just years, but wisdom, strength, and quiet victories that many may never see, those of us close to you know them, feel them, and deeply respect them. You’ve built, stood firm, given without noise, and loved without condition.”

Celebrating the milestone, Nwoke expressed admiration for the man Chief Ume has become,one rooted in values and purpose, yet still reaching higher.

According to him, “I celebrate the man you are today, strong, focused, deeply rooted, and still rising. “You’ve shown what it means to grow with grace and lead with heart.”

Hon. Nwoke wished Chief Ume continued blessings in the year ahead.

“I pray this year brings you the kind of joy that fills your spirit, peace that settles deep within, and blessings that overflow beyond what you imagined,” he concluded.
