KALU TO BE CONFERRED WITH MOST OUTSTANDING LEGISLATOR AWARD

House of Representatives Spokesperson and Member representing Bende Federal Constituency, Hon Benjamin Kalu has been named Abia Most Outstanding Federal Legislator, 2021 by Abia online Media Publishers Association of Nigeria.

He will join the host of a few select individuals to receive this unique award.

In a statement by OMPAN, , the award is in recognition of his unparalleled service to his constituents over a short period of time as a law maker.

It noted that as the Spokesperson of the House of representatives, he has delivered when it mattered most and has made the state proud.

The Benjamin Kalu foundation, he has offered scholarships to his constituents, initiated a talent hunt through sports development and helped many young people secure federal appointments.

Hon. Kalu today is among the highest sponsors of bills in the Green Chambers within just two years in office

He has equally pushed for and canvassed support for roads rehabilitation and or reconstruction for his constituency.

Like other awardees, the award will be presented to him at the Michael Okpara Auditorium on the 19th of Nov. 2021 as part of the activities marking the groups 4-Day Annual General Meeting/Bloggers Week. And
