Abia murder: Gov. Otti condemns act, orders security agents to fish out perpetrators

The governor of Abia State Dr. Alex Otti has condemned the killing of a couple in Bende local government area.
The victims Mr. Jacob Udo and his wife, Comfort aged 78 and 73 years old simultaneously were murdered and dismembered by yet to be identified assailants.
In a press statement signed by the chief press secretary to the governor, Ukoha Njoku, the governor “is personally pained by such criminal and dastardly act and has directed the security agencies in the state to thoroughly investigate and bring the culprits to book. “
The Governor on behalf of the Government of Abia State commiserates with the family of the victims and assured that the government would work round the clock to bring the perpetrators of the heinous crime to justice.
He also directed his aides to rally support and assistance to their dependents.
